waves
music synthesis has always been a life long aspiration for me. waves vibrate right through me leaving me feel transparent and pure. two years ago without any hesitation i nipped into a music shop, i explained to the assistant what i wanted to do and a few minutes later i was holding my first keyboard.
needless to say, i was overwhelmed when i first touched it. i started discovering the art of creating waves, waves that emerged right from my subconsious mind. my brain couldn’t handle at first this new form of expression. it was as if i had to learn how to talk again. millions of patterns were flowing out and i was unable to grasp how to translate all this into a single piece.
but then it started - just out of the blue, it started. and i loved the musical me. there were times that when i was recording i felt tears rolling down my cheeks. my music is all i have absorbed from the world, all i am about. my photographs are just a fraction of it. my music is the whole me…
